Inside, we break down the mental leaks behind overtrading, hesitation, revenge trading, fear, ego, self sabotage, and inconsistency. We use frameworks, reflection, and honest discussion to turn trading psychology into something practical.
The articles give the framework. The chat is where we do the work.
The chat now behaves as a multi-thread discussion forum, where we not only have 1:1 talks but also members have access to the prop firm journal, where I record the journey from eval —> Funded

You can know your rules and still resist them.
You can know your setup, know your risk, know your invalidation, know the kind of day you are supposed to be trading, and still feel a wave of resistance the second structure asks something hard from you.
That is the part a lot of traders keep misreading.
They say they need more discipline. They say they need to stop being emotional. They say they need to trust themselves more. They say they need to toughen up.
Sometimes there is some truth in that.
A lot of the time there is not enough truth in it to fix anything.
Because many traders do not resist discipline at the screen because they hate standards.
They resist it because, in the moment, discipline does not feel like protection.
It feels like restriction. It feels like loss. It feels like missed opportunity. It feels like being trapped while price moves without you. It feels like taking away the one trade that could fix the day. It feels like being forced to sit in discomfort while doing nothing about it.
That changes the whole conversation.
The real issue is not just whether you have rules.
The real issue is what your rules mean to you once money, pressure, and uncertainty start pushing on your state.
